ER for ME means Emergency Room for Me. In a hospital, patients come to the ER expecting fast and accurate care that brings them back to life. In our ER, we bring entrepreneurs back to life by providing no sugar-coating, step-by-step business guidance based on real-life experience. We not only bring you back to life, but also guide you to a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

Our Clients

Our History

Ginalyn Smith and Nancy Battis met while exploring opportunities to invest in real estate. We both already had built successful businesses from scratch. We discovered that we shared the same vision and values, so we launched a new business, Red Door Ladies, LLC.

One of the most important features of our business was knowing our priorities in order: God, Family, Business. Our entire motivation for creating our business was to serve others while helping us bring income into our families and still meet our own families’ daily needs.

In the early years, we were primarily focused on real estate investing. Our goal was to help homeowners avoid foreclosure while helping buyers purchase a home through lease option. We quickly realized that although financially viable, this business model wasn’t achieving its intention of helping both seller and buyer. It was a painful and honest realization which forced us to move in a different direction.

While building our new business, we were juggling all the other roles of our daily lives. We became overwhelmed because we wore so many different hats and were frustrated with daily planners that seemed to work against us. Out of necessity, we created a planning system that was extremely effective for people like us: entrepreneurs – both in small business and of the home (mompreneurs). By using our system, we had mastered doing less, achieving more and gaining freedom™. It was a huge “Eureka!” moment for both of us.
